Shipping policy

Each of our products is thoughtfully handmade and hand-packaged with care, using natural, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients. Every order is prepared with intention—because what reaches you should feel just as special as it was when it was created.

While we always strive to dispatch your order promptly, this level of care means processing can take 2–4 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you will receive a confirmation along with your tracking details, so you can follow its journey to you.

We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that we are not a shipping company. Once your order has been dispatched, it is placed in the care of a third-party courier service. At that stage, we are unable to make changes to the order, delivery address, or shipping timeline. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your order.
